What The Language Of Body Can Say?

How cool that would be to know what is on people's mind when you chat with them? Do they tell the truth or try pretend in any way?

Being able to read body signs is one part of non-verbal communication. Language of body says way a lot more than words. And it is universal.

Imagine all the benefits you can get after reading body signs the other person sends you. Read their body like a book.

Speak the language of body and get others be attracted to you. Don't ask how - this is subconscious thing. By being able to read body signals you can adjust yourself accordingly and have influence on the talk, in your favour by the way.

Non verbal communication include your appearance and language of body. People judge them both unconsciously. If this is your first meeting, their first impression would be made out of how you look and what signs your body sends to them. You'd better get it right as first impression is powerful. During further conversation you would only have 7% to change their mind with the words if things go wrong in a first place.

Or you can use those 7% to supports your impression. And become a real magnet to people.

The language of body speaks for the results by about 60%, your outer look plays its role by 33% and the words have just 7% to make an influence on the conversation.

Do you see where the focus should be placed? It is nonverbal communication that is the most important.

Ignore it and don't wonder how things go difficult in life.

Spend some time and learn how to read body signs and signals and get rewards to the rest of your life. Language of body is not influenced by the time and place (almost all nations have the same meanings, but there are some cultural differences though). The impression you leave about yourself and keep about other people could help you in your life path: business, career, family bonding, friendship...

Knowing what people worth your attention and who you should avoid saves you a lot of time, not mentioning nerves. Your ability to filter and deal with all sorts of situations reduces your stress level as so many problems can be solved automatically.

Lets have a look at some nonverbal communication examples.

  • You are out on your first date and want to make a good impression of course. You dress smartly, smile a lot, make eye contact, use open body language etc, don't you? Would you like to know whether your passion likes you? Look at their eyes. If pupils are dilated, then yes they are attracted to you. If not, your actions might need some corrections or you just might be not their type.

  • You are meeting with somebody to make a deal. But the business partner seems to look at you with suspicion. Goodness what did you do to deserve that? :-) Try to mirror their gestures. People are attracted to alike ones. If they see some similarities in you they would be more open eventually.

  • Did you know that language of body can help you bond with your baby? Little ones  understand gestures far earlier than words. A lot can be said with body signs. How important are kisses, hugs, cuddles, smile, making funny faces, massage, holding their little hands in yours etc? Does simply saying "I love you" can replace all these?

  • You suspect your partner wasn't faithful. Look at their reaction when you tell them how you feel. Does it take a longer than usually to answer you question? Are they avoiding eye contact with you? Do they try to change the topic? Are they trying to turn sideways rather than staying straight to you? Do they touch their mouth or nose too often while speaking? Hmm. You might be right about your suspicion.

Examples are endless. Every situation is another story. But people all experience the same emotions and feelings. Our bodies reply the same way to certain emotions.

Reading other people's bodies can give you control over situation and you can change their unconscious thinking by sending appropriate body signs. You can easily grab their attention, keep them interested in what you have to say, make them more relaxed in your company and thus trust you etc. You see the chain of reactions.
